Bathroom cleaning

Cleaning of wall and tiles with cleaning powder – Once in a day.

Cleaning of W.C. and washbasin with cleaning powder – daily

Washing of bathroom floor and scrubbing four times in a day with deodrant and mopping and keeping it dry.

Cleaning of urinal after each use with antiseptic lotion. Cleaning of all the dusting, emptying them and changing of plastic begs daily.

Transportation of garbage up to incinerator whenever required.

Cleaning and mopping of stair case, railing and lifts.

Cleaning of outside area daily.

Cleaning of glazed and paneled partition by dusting and brushing the glass panes, grooves, rebates, recesses complete daily.

Cleaning venetian blinds by dusting and brushing the exposed surface daily.

Cleaning of doormats, fire fighting accessories, and other fixtures etc. by dusting, brushing daily.

Cleaning wall paneling, high partitions, low partitions of timer work including top, skirting, grooves, etc. removing soot, stains, oily marks, dusting ,brushing sofa linen cloths, rugs chemicals and strain removers all of approved quality with in fortnight.

Cleaning wall cladding of wall paper, marble stone slab etc. with water, liquid soap, detergents, removing stains with cleaning sot, cobwebs, oily marks etc. dusting with brushes, rugs, cloths, chemicals all of approved quality with in fortnight.

Cleaning pelmatte with brushes, dusters etc. at all locations with in fortnight.

Cleaning all furniture built in and removable type thoroughly, overall surfaces including interiors, removing stains with brushes, lien clothes, cleaning compounds with in fortnight.

Cleaning the glass panes of windows, doors panels, partitions, vision panels, with water, chemicals, including the jambs, soffits, mullions, frames, recesses, rebates around the glass panes with brushes, soft linen clothes, rugs, metallic scrapers, all as per approved quality one time in week.

Cleaning the venetian blind at all locations with chemicals, water stain removers, including the jambs, soffits, frames, recesses, rebates around the fixture with brushes, soft linen clothes, rugs one time in week.

Cleaning of ceiling covered beams, of entire area, removing cobwebs, soot, dust accumulation with brushes, spraying colorless detergent.

Cleaning thedoor/window pantry for and toilet fitting and fixtures.

Cleaning the areas balconies, extended slabs, sills outside thewindows including slabs, walls etc. by sweeping, brushing, cleaning the dust accumulations, mud, cleaning rain water spouts, drain etc. with water, detergents, chemicals, one time in a month.

Cleaningthe reception counter,dados, skirtinmg, floor sink, elevated sinks, utensil washing area, draining boards, platforms, metallic built in fixtures, louvers, washbasins, exposed surface of cabinets, cupboard, tables, chairs, removing dirt from the said area and disposal of the same to the garbage bin, cleaning the bins and dirt catchers, drain gratings etc. i.e. washing and cleaning with water, approved quality dry/liquid detergents, chemicals soap, acid, removing stains with compound wet mopping with clothes, rug, brooms, brushes etc. all complete as directed.

Cleaning carpets with soft brooms brushes by brushing, sweeping carefully along the grains, and removing stains with good quality stein remover daily.
